First day training

Last night was my first day training for the City to Bay fun run. When I got home from work I felt a bit tired and was about to just say…maybe tomorrow I’ll start training. But I thought, I can’t keep doing that. So, got home, put on my track pant and went out for a jog.

It was actually much harder than I thought. The first 500m I already felt exhausted! I’m sooo unfit. At the end, I manage to do a 30 minutes exercise with about 10 minutes of walking between the runs. I felt better once I got home and felt like I have more energy than before. A bit of pain this morning though but I should be alright.
