I’m joining City to Bay Fun Run

Yes, I have decided to join this year City to Bay Fun Run (Adelaide to Glenelg – Sunday 21 September 2008). Tonight is my first practice and will be my first exercise in 6 months! I will be running the whole 12Km. I’m getting so unfit and almost overweight! So Join me or if you would like to sponsor me I will donate all the money to a children charity through the Australia-Cambodia Foundation who are running orphanages in Cambodia.

Home and heart

They say home is where the heart is. Although my heart is in Kampuchea-Krom (Southern Vietnam) I feel as though Australia is also my home. I got back to Australia for about two weeks now and I feel such a relief from the noises, traffic, and the non-stop life style in Prei Nakor. I enjoy Adelaide for its easy going and relaxing environment and the family and friends I have here. It’s good to be back here and take a short break before I head back to Kampuchea-Krom.
